Unused items in their original, unopened packaging can be returned for full credit of the purchase price, minus shipping costs, within 45 days of order date. Your return must be postmarked no later than 45 days from the date you placed your order. No returns will be accepted after 45 days. Buyer to pay return shipping, unless the return is due to our mistake. Returns of opened items will not be accepted, or will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, at our discretion.

Packages without an RMA number written on the outside of the box will be refused and returned to sender.
Due to the nature of the product, complete bicycles and unicycles are non-returnable.
